We are thrilled to invite you to the first-ever ‘Women\u2019s Undergraduate Health Professions Conference 2024’ on August 24, 2024. This prestigious event is jointly organized by Women Medical College (WMC), Women Dental College (WDC), and the Women Institute of Learning & Rehabilitation Sciences (WIL&RS).<\/p>

Our mission is to cultivate a strong research culture and promote meaningful collaboration among health professionals. The theme for this year’s conference is “Exploring Gender-Specific Challenges and Disparities in Healthcare and Academia.” Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from distinguished female health professionals who are leaders in their fields.<\/p>

We welcome all undergraduate students in health professions education to join us for a day of inspiration and learning. The conference will feature keynote speeches, engaging workshops, competitive events, and more.<\/p>

Duration:<\/strong>\u00a015 minutes total (10-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A)
1. Presentation Content:
<\/strong>– Your presentation should concisely summarize the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of your research or study.
– Clearly state the relevance and significance of your findings.
2. Structure:
<\/strong>– Title: Brief and informative, reflecting the content of your presentation.
– Authors: Include all contributing authors with their affiliations.
– Introduction: Provide background and context for your study.
– Methods: Outline the methods or approaches used.
– Results: Summarize the key findings or outcomes.
– Conclusions: Clearly state the conclusions drawn from your study.
3. Presentation Format:
– Presentation:\u00a0<\/strong>The presentation should be structured to fit within a 10-minute time frame.
– Slides:<\/strong>\u00a0Prepare concise, clear slides to accompany your presentation (around 5-8 slides is recommended).
– Q&A Session:<\/strong>\u00a0Be prepared for a 5-minute question and answer session immediately following your presentation.
