As the Women’s Undergraduate Health Professions Conference 2024 (WUHPC’24) concludes, we reflect on the dedication and hard work that made this event possible.
This journey, spearheaded by the multitalented and compassionate Head of Medical Education, Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Qazi, began with the submission of the conference proposal by our presidents, Ms. Bakhtmeena Khattak and Ms Sibgha Iftikhar, later on, joined by Ms. Umama and Ms. Yumna with the invaluable guidance of Mrs. Suha Khan, our project manager, the vision was brought to life through meticulous planning and flawless execution.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the entire faculty, especially our IT, DME, and QEC departments, for ensuring the smooth operation of parallel workshops and competitions. Special thanks to Mr. Asad, Mr. Bilal, Mr. Umair, Mr. Mubashar, Mr. Wadeed Ul Janan, Dr. Fatima Aman, Dr. Summara Khan, Miss. Masooma Rafique, Miss. Huma Khan, Miss. Haseena Qazi, Miss. Aneela and Mr. Sohail for their tireless efforts.
A heartfelt shoutout to Sir Yasir Mughal, whose dedication ensured that every detail was perfect – from the design of shields and certificates to the vibrant posters that adorned our campus walls. Mr. Qasim deserves equal recognition for his right-hand support and contribution.
Our Media Team, led by Mr. Amir Muneeb and Mr. Arshad, with Ms. Hajra and Ms. Laiba, captured the essence of the event through stunning photography and videography, preserving memories that will last a lifetime.

Special thanks go to Team Decor, led by Ms. Aroosha Tareen, for their beautiful and thoughtful decorations, to Team Security and Guidance led by Mr. Usman, Mr. Tehmas, and Ms. Maryam Khan for ensuring that every attendee was properly guided, and to Team Hospitality, led by Miss Eman Nadeem and supervised by Mr. Qazi Muhammad for facilitating our speakers and guests and making them feel welcomed throughout the event.
This event would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our Deans and Directors.
