A Medical and Dental camp was arranged by Women Medical and Dental College at Barra Hotar in a middle school near Harnoi on 31 Aug 2024 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
About 30 faculty members which included consultants in the disciplines of Medicine, Surgery, Gynae, Skin (Dermatology), Eye, ENT, Psychiatry and the department of Community Medicine (for data collection) went to treat about 1,500 patients.
A Dental camp was also arranged where 2,000 free toothbrushes and toothpastes were distributed and a very strong dentistry faculty with 50 Final Year BDS Students did dental checkups.
A Lecture by our Psychiatrist and Dermatologist will soon be arranged for the Barra Hotar Middle School. The students and staff then were served lunch by Mr. Shahzad Gul who is the local dignitary of the area.
