Prosthodontic is the dental specialty that treats patients with missing or deficient teeth and/or oral & maxillofacial tissues. Optical oral health and esthetics are obtained for patients through the use of dental implants, dentures, veneers and crowns. The department of prosthodontic educate graduate and pre-doctoral students providing care in the area of fixed prosthodontics, removable prosthodontics & occlusion. At pre-doctoral level, faculty provide training in fixed and removable prosthodontics. Resident of prosthodontic residency program manage the care of patient requiring moderate to complex oral rehabilitative treatments.
