On 22 April 2026, a Basic Surgical Skills Workshop was conducted at the Skills Lab, Women Medical College, Jinnah International Hospital Abbottabad, in collaboration with the Department of Medical & Dental Education under the leadership of Dr. Mohammad Abdullah Qazi, HOD DDER, who played a key role in making the interactive workshop a success.
The workshop was led by Prof. Dr. Atif Iqbal, along with Dr. Rohan Habib, Prof. Dr. Ahsan Qureshi, Dr. Ehsan ul Islam, and Dr. Waseef Ullah. All mentors provided practical tips and hands-on demonstrations, which were highly appreciated by the participants.
At the conclusion, Managing Director WM&DC Dr. Azhar Khan Jadoon presented shields and certificates to the facilitators and organizers. He commended the efforts of Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Qazi and emphasized that such initiatives should continue in the future. He also praised all facilitators, organizers, and participants for their dedication.
