A team of OMFS specialists, paramedical staff and students carried out comprehensive dental checkup at Saint Luke’s Church Abbottabad organized by Jinnah College of Nursing. The event started at 10:30am and over 100 patients were examined from different age groups. Students had a great chance to come across different dental abnormalities and to corelate their theoretical knowledge with the observed cases. Patients were guided for maintaining good oral hygiene and most of the patients were referred to Rehmat Memorial dental hospital for scaling, filling, RCT and extraction. They were also medicated for candidiasis, gingivitis, dental abscess and odontogenic pain.
